This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Pulsea app and related features, as well as customer support communications. It does not apply to third-party services that you may access through the Service.

Whether you are a fitness enthusiast, personal trainer, or someone starting their wellness journey, Pulsea provides the perfect space to document, share, and celebrate your progress.

3) Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

A) Information you provide

  • Account information: name, username, email address.
  • Customer support: the content of messages you send to us.

B) Information collected automatically

  • Device information: device model, OS version, language/time zone, app version, identifiers where permitted.
  • Usage analytics: interactions with the app, feature usage, performance signals.
  • Crash logs: diagnostics to detect and fix issues.

C) Location (only with permission)

  • Precise or approximate location, depending on your device settings and choices.

4) Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Web Beacons

Where the Service includes web-based components, cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) may be used for login, session integrity, preferences, and performance measurement. You can usually control cookies via device/browser settings, but disabling them may affect features such as staying signed in.

5) Photos, Face-Related Processing, and Biometrics

  • No face recognition / no biometric identification: Pulsea does not identify you using face recognition or biometric templates.
  • One-time generation: any face-related processing (if present) is used only to generate a one-time result and then deleted.
  • Local by default: processing and storage are local by default when supported; outputs remain local unless you choose to upload/share.
  • No training / no marketing: we do not use photos or face-related data to train models or for advertising/marketing.

6) How We Use Information

  • Provide & maintain: operate core features, create accounts, authenticate users.
  • Personalize: remember settings and preferences.
  • Improve: analyze usage, fix bugs, enhance reliability.
  • Safety & security: prevent abuse, detect fraud, protect users.
  • Support: respond to customer support requests.
  • Legal compliance: comply with law and enforce policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

7) How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary and only in the following cases:

  • Usage analytics: retained up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated/anonymized.
  • Support content: retained up to 6 months after resolution, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Crash logs: retained only as long as needed for troubleshooting and security.

11) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or withdraw consent.

12) Children and Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

13) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (such as analytics or crash reporting) to help operate and improve Pulsea. Where applicable, these providers process information on our behalf under contractual terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the Service or by other reasonable means.
